The hotel is really nice for an older hotel. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The pool closed quite early though. Everything in our room worked well. I would stay there again.

Although the building is very old and in need of repairs, it was still a good place to stay. Reasonable price, decent location. Pool could use some work to Fix the metal steps going in because they are not sturdy and spin around.

Elevator smells weeds my first time not worth it to stay for long Rooms doesnt have a body soap and coffee and only 1 towel. My room neighborhood was loud at night they were loud fighting and banging the walls. Front desk clerk dont even greet you.

Room was filthy. Hotel was overall noisy. House keeping was very noisy while cleaning. Constant door slamming. Only convenience was the location. Very bad experience. Will not be staying there ever again.

Friendly hotel staff

Friendly hotel staff and Chamorro people are friendly too. Hotel is very old. The fitness room is actually owned by the hotel tenant and you need to ask permission first so you can use the exercise equipment. One minor issue was when I bought a pizza and keep them in a room refrigerator so I can eat the leftovers later then I noticed that 2 slices of the pizzas were missing. No big deal sharing my food. Overall, I still recommend the hotel and very convenient to the shopping malls and restaurant.

Not the best

Nice location. I arrived late so couldn’t really explore too much. It is in the center of the tourist area. And right next door is a great Mexican restaurant so I could quickly walk and grab something to eat. (The birria quesadillas were so good.) As far as the hotel- it is very outdated. I really think my single mattress bed was actually a box spring. 😏 It was solidly firm. The room just didn’t feel clean or comfortable. I was afraid to unpack and walked around in socks because the floor felt a little sticky. The “leather” couch was crumbling. Creatively, they flipped the couch cushion over to hide the severely worn and torn cushion. While the price was low- it still felt like I paid way too much for this place.

My fell from my very small bed. Then I found out that the phone was not working. The workers did tell me. There was no services at all. No place to eat at the hotel. I have not been reimbursed for the balance of my money till now.

Bathroom toilet was not cleaned well. The tub was not a built-in one, but instead they placed a separate tub (one with short legs) in the shower which made it unstable when stepping into it. Bed sheets were extremely wrinkled, so you can't be sure if it was changed or not. Thankfully I brought a thin blanket which I slept on. You can hear the neighbors walking in the hallway too. Would not stay here again.

Cockroaches. There was not one or two but at least fifteen. I checked in late and got my room, took a shower and laid down. Woke up about 3 hours later to use the restroom and there was about 5 cockroaches walking around in there. After that turned on all the lights in the room and saw a couple more in the room walking about as well as a few dead ones that were covered in dust. Probably been there a while. Canceled my 3 day stay after the first night.
