"This hotel seems very new. It has a stylish design and interior. The rooms are well designed: bright and modern with good beds and a spacious bathroom area. The staff were all polite and helpful - they were kind enough to organise printing of some documents for us. Cleaning staff were very accommodating. The breakfast room also had a contemporary design. There were a limited range of cooked-to-order options, but there was a decent amount. Coffee was good, but tea would be better as separate bags...

"One thing I certainly have a problem with is that all of my personal information was photocopied and sitting out on the desk along with the personal information of others guests, right there in plain sight in a stack. Passport info, signature, home address, age, photo etc, just sitting right there on the desk. That’s what computers are for. Too many places in Vietnam ask for your passport information and don’t seem to think it’s important to keep it safe. "
