Absolutely amazing hotel, will be back.

Lovely hotel in beautiful quiet village. Only 2 nights but very pleasant.

I booked the hotel late for a ski trip with my kids. The hotel was lovely. Well adorned, spacious rooms. Hotel was very clean. Wellness centre was great - lovely Jacuzzi, pool, sauna and steam room. We had half board and the breakfast was big and varied Ate in the restaurant once - it was a little too trad German for my kids but was well cooked Staff are very friendly and helpful

The hotel staffs are so friendly. And the outdoor swimming pool is so beautiful.

Such a wonderful family run hotel. The staff were great and very helpful, there was absolutely nothing to complain about. The rooms were clean and offered a great view, the location was stunning and was close to a convenient rail station too. The breakfasts were always lovely and a nice way to start the day. Would definitely stay again!

Great hotel in the centre of Garmisch. 5 mins walk to main shopping and restaurant areas. Amazing views of Germany’s highest mountain, the Zugspitze, directly from our room. Good little indoor pool. Very friendly staff, wearing traditional dress. Bar prices quite reasonable. Half board has good breakfast buffet and three main meal choices (meat, fish, veg) soup dessert. A family hotel, run by people who combine professional competence with friendly care for their guests. It's notable that they have an active apprenticeship scheme to pass on their skills to a new generation. Having chosen to walk the 2 kms from the station in a light drizzle we arrived weary and damp some hours before the usual check-in time to be greeted by manager Andreas Griess who, while covering all the formalities with a light touch, made us feel welcomed as house-guests. Lovely hotel in Ettal village. Plenty of restaurant choices within walking distance. Very nice breakfast included. Convenient parking. Short drive to Linderhof, which was our reason for selecting the hotel.

We had a 4 day stay in Garmisch and the accommodation was beautiful. A typical german style apartment. Very clean with everything we needed. There was a wellness suite in the basement with sauna, solarium and various other wellness bits. The rooms were very clean and the bed large and very comfortable. No oven or microwave, but a hob, fridge and TV. The collection of the key for the apartment was easy and just a lovely stay in a beautiful part of Germany.

Good breakfast selection for every taste, lovely spa, modern rooms, excellent views from hotel. Staff always helpful, looking forward to returning soon.
