"I will present a claim because since we get in, the hotel said we asked for a DOUBLE ROOM, and that means 2 rooms.
I already checked thru Expedia the reservation and checked we only ask for 1 room.
Bad service from the people inside because never wanted to give us the credit back. The hotel only cost around $47 euros per night
