Bra hotell

Var ett mycket bra hotell för 4 personer som var där för att fiska och vandra, stor och rymlig lägenhet. det enda negativa är att diskmaskinen inte var urplockad samt att det inte fanns något toapapper när vi kom dit. Då vi kom dit var klockan 21 och alla affären stänga vilket inte var så kul då vi var 4 stycken. Annars ett mycket bra hotell som jag absolut kommer besöka igen!

Bra läge+ stugvärd och renlighet -

Perfekt läge i Sveriges finaste skidområde för alpint och längd. Tyvärr är det inte skidåkare som planerat lägenheten, brist på förvaring av väskor, hängare för skidkläder, etc. Det absolut sämsta var stugvärdarna, vi checkade in till en smutsig lägenhet efter en 9h lång resa. Kontaktade dem omgående, föreslog ett upplägg utefter omständigheter som de senare INTE ville kännas vid. Brister i dialog, städning, renlighet, och service får vi tyvärr säga. Detta skapa en känsla av att vi som betalande gäster var problematiken, och inte stugvärdens ansvar. Mycket märkligt kan man tycka, detta har vi fått verifierat nu för andra gången så blir annat boende framöver. Men självklart Tänndalen.
