"We have been coming to Hotel Incanto every year for 7 years and we love it, we returned last night after a fabulous week. The staff, view, pool make this hotel. Ariana, Graziano go above and beyond providing excellent service as-well as the whole team. Regards Antonio and Sally Greco room 504"

"The room was lovely and really well kept. Daily cleaning was excellent. The pools were lovely, the lifeguards were very whistle happy thought! The thing I really need to flag is the lower/upper inclusive plans. We were lower (although don't recall deciding this when booking) which meant we didn't get a reserved table for dinner. We were just sat outside in unreserved tables, which was ok when there was an available table for us... Sometimes there would be and if we were lucky it would be cleaned and if we were lucky broken glass would be cleaned up. When it came to meals, lower inclusive were basically not cared about."

The panoramic views of Ostuni and the surrounding countryside are breathtaking, especially at sunset. Every meal was a delight, from the incredible breakfast to the outstanding dining experiences. "Great location for a base to explore Ostuni, walkable into the center. The hotel is stunning, as was the service from the staff. Breakfast was lovely, very fresh and items available to order. Would highly recommend a stay here."

"The hotel room was beautiful and immaculately maintained. The hotel staff was beyond attentive and hospitable. We were greeted in the parking lot by two staff members that proceeded to help with our luggage. We were then served tea upon our entrance. Their BROS restaurant was superb! Excellent service and a great meal! Even their "resident" cat, which we endearingly nicknamed Puccia (for the Puglian bread) Martina (for the town) was so so friendly. His name during our stay was Puccia Martina. The grounds were so private and peaceful. In a great location close to town. We used this as our home base and drove to places like Locotorondo, Alberobello, Ostuni, and several beautiful beaches. Would not think twice to stay there again."

"Stunning hotel in a beautiful location! Our room was very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the expansive gardens. The staff went above and beyond to look after us. Fab pool area, and recommend a massage and swim in the warm spa pool. Dinner was delicious and very good value, so much food! Breakfast definitely worth it, so many options including fruit from the estate. Very much hope to return one day…"
