"The staff were s welcoming, from our arrival at after 10pm, to our departure at 7.30 am a few days later. We were offered cava or water on our arrival. Our room, 302, had 2 floor to ceiling windows with bath and a separate bathroom with walk in shower. I think it was Monique, apologies if spelling is incorrect, showed us to our room, explained how the air conditioning worked and provided us with the names of adjacent restaurants where we could get tapas. "Lovely hotel, our suite was a super size with such impressive high ceiling. The beds extremely comfortable and none of our towels including a change we had during our stay were worn or discoloured. Four decent sized complimentary bottles of water in the room fridge which were very welcome due to the temperature in Seville. These were also replaced when emptied. Bathroom with separate bath and shower which was of a high standard. A delightful rooftop terrace which was a great subtract. Only thing...

"El hotel está muy bonito con una decoración muy cuidada. Está muy bien ubicado frente a las Setas de Sevilla y en una zona de muchos comercios, restaurantes y lugares de interés de la ciudad. El único inconveniente es que, al estar en una plaza, los taxis no llegan hasta la puerta y hay que caminar con las maletas. Pero hay una estación de taxis muy cercana. La habitación muy amplia y con camas juntas muy cómodas. El baño un poco reducido. Sobre todo el área del lavabo, ya que no cuenta con área...

"We travelled from Canada and this was our first time in Seville. The hotel stay made it soo much more memorable and comfortable. You can leave your luggage prior to check in and explore the city on foot. If you are adventurous enough and take the city bus 32, it is a short walk to the hotel. We also discovered the Mercado (market) about 15 mins walk from hotel and they have an Oyster bar with the freshest iberia ham sandwich!!! "
