Staff were very polite, helpful and welcoming.
We paid half board and have no complaints with the food service, lots of options and different cultural food on the menu. Staff were also amazing and very efficient whilst dining.
The rooms were cleaned everyday and again Staff were very pleasant and ensured the service was excellent.
We changed hotel last minute from H10 to Hotel Belvedere and we are glad we did.
The hotel had everything you needed, great entertainment, pool, gym, sauna, steam room and spa.
We went as a couple and the hotel was busy full of groups and families making a great atmosphere for all.
Would definitely recommend to anyone booking. We will certainly be back.
