Nice hotel and kind people at the reception and breakfast place.
Rooms are not fully noise cancelled and you hear traffic from outside. We had two rooms on 8th floor and still could hear the noise during the night, I am sure it would have been worse on the lower floors, but black out curtains help to block the noise a bit :)
Overall experience was nice, but the service was slow. Especially in the Maroon restaurant. There are more servers than guests there during lunch we visited yet they managed to miss the order for my child. All the staff look like they are busy and keep walking around a lot, but do not once checked in with the table they are serving. We had to wait 50 minutes for french fries. Everyone else at out table got their food in 20 minutes and they didnt even check the whole time if everything is good. We later had to go to counter and ask when the food will come and they realized it was not noted down and the child was left without food, which is not acceptable :( Definitely room for improvement in that restaurant.
In the pool upstairs, it would be good if the staff reminds guests not to take pictures, especially when kids are swimming around. It is not a relaxing experience when you try to just have a swim and sunbath knowing you and your children are in background of strangers pictures.
