"Beechtree Motel provided us with a large room, king size bed, spa bath and bathroom, and a kitchenette, which were all very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We were allocated a room on the top floor which gave us lake views. We would happily book this reasonably priced accommodation if we travelled to Taupō again."

"We booked the executive spa suite and it was perfect. We loved the spa tub in the room, we also loved the jacuzzi by the pool. Water pressure in the shower was strong we were so impressed. Great little stay, definitely will be back."

"Overall, it was an amazing stay at Taupo DeBretts. We come here every year and always enjoy our stay. The only thing I would say is that the reception staff could be much better. They were quite rude and not very welcoming or friendly. There were no smiles or warm greetings, and their communication came across as very blunt. It was disappointing, especially considering how lovely the overall stay was."
