"I gave it a four because it was exactly what I needed, however it probably is more like a 3.5.
The cabin was clean and accommodations were as listed. The inside was outdated though and the bathroom appeared to be pieced together. No issues with plumbing.
There was a ceiling fan and an air conditioner which is a plus, made for comfortable sleeping.
The grounds were good off the beach area, but the beach area could use a little TLC. Most of the outdoor furniture was broken in some way. There were a lot of rocks and weeds and it just looked a little unkempt.
The property manager was friendly and helpful and the price was good but if you are looking for something updated and modern, you will not find it here."
