Hotel Red Roof Inn di Tazewell

"This was an absolute nightmare! From the very beginning we got there wasn’t what we was expecting at all, and already wanted to cancel, the front desk wouldn’t let us so we get to the room and there were men all over the place setting on the sidewalks, over on the stairs and they wasn’t staying at the hotel. The room was 89 degrees upon arrival couldn’t get it to cool for hours contacted front desk begged for a refund to go somewhere else they refused. So we made do with what we had with nowhere...

"Had to wait fifteen minutes before someone would come check us in. She was nice. We got a room on first floor in the side where it seemed like people were living in the hotel - hanging out in the doorway and lots video games playing. Other room beside us was filled with dogs barking. The room smelled terrible so we walked out and turned our key in and chose to stay somewhere else. Very different than the pictures make it seem."
