"I paid for 3 nights of which I was completely robbed of my money because I was forced to go to a different hotel. My Uber arrived a little past midnight at the hotel and their office was closed. There was no way to contact any one nor a way to check-in. I was stranded with all my belongings and no money because I had spent it on the room and the uber. Worst night of my life!!!"

"Not a fan of parking fees, May not stay in the future. Room was great. Breakfast could be better. Definitely need a restaurant for evening meals."

"The house is quite run down with peeling paint inside & out. The 1st floor reeks of dog which wafts up to the 2nd floor guest rooms as well. Our view was of a commercial rooftop & alley with dumpsters. The owners act as valets, jockeying the four guests’ cars in a one lane driveway which doesn’t fit four cars so the last one in line is parked across the sidewalk; our car was left unlocked overnight both nights of our stay. "Over a week gone, we are still loving and talking about our stay! Chompin at the bit to come back. Beautiful Denver! We Loved our comfy bed? Great sheets, ease and convenience to clean shower/toilet from private room on 3rd floor. Great communal spaces? The Kitchen, its cooler for everyone's stuff, appliances, just great. Super Staff all hours of the day."

"We have stayed at this property previously and had up until now found it to be clean and well maintained. On this occasion however we were distressed to find bed bugs. When we went to the front desk we were told there was no other room we could be moved to as the hotel was full. Were also told that there was no cleaning staff to clean the room. We were given extra bedding "to put over top" until the room could be cleaned the next day. We won't be staying here again."

"The staff are very personable and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We love how the room Is organized. There is a sitting area, a desk with a chair on wheels, a big TV, black out curtains, lamps and tables on BOTH sides of the beds. The coffee pot and mini frig are located in a cabinet with doors that close. There is place to lay the suitcase for convenient access. There is a thermostat on the wall to control the temperature. "The check in experience was truly amazing. They held our bags with numbered tags and texted when our room was available. The continental breakfast was better than most. The only weird thing is that there wasn't an ice bucket in our room and aren't ice machines on every floor. An amazing location. Walkable to dining and shopping and a super quick drive to Red Rocks and Golden."

"The card readers on door was going out - we had to take several trips down to have the card reset. Come to find out it wasn’t us or the card it was the reader itself. Our A/C unit started pumping hot air and smelt like smoke. Maintenance came and our unit was froze over."

"An absolutely charming property with an artsy vibe, steps away from the Denver Art Museum complex and across the street from a converted school featuring a cafe, beer garden and small shops. The room was comfy, clean and fun. The absolute abundance of dishes for such a small space was comical, but the microwave/fridge set up was nice to have. Pretty good pod coffee too. Don't miss out on the bottom floor with an atmospheric small table area great for eating take out, and a large conference room...

"Paulina was very friendly at check-in and got us to our room promptly. The property is a bit older but our room was updated and very comfortable."

"Room was clean. The rooms only have a mini fridge, just a reminder not to bring microwaveable food. Water pressure is pretty low in the shower, so just a heads up. They do have parking onsite. It is $17 a day and the ramps are pretty tight. If you have a bigger suv or truck, you’ll have more difficulty parking. Staff were great when we checked in! I would stay here again."

"Didn’t realize this was a long term stay hotel. Was missing the typical hotel amenities like a hair dryer etc. for quick overnight trips not sure I would return over long term stays the space was great!"
