Kommunikation mit dem Kundenservice ist super, die Koordination mit dem vor-ort-team dagegen dann eher suboptimal. Am meisten zu bemängeln ist die Hygiene des Apartments. "Really nice place, much larger and better located than I had imagined . One main issue is where you have to leave your bags if arriving before 4 pm. You’re expected to go up a hill, across cobblestone street, for about 10 min. Once you arrive there are lockers which require 2 euro coins, which you don’t get back. There should be a place to store luggage in the same building where you’re staying. Place itself was nice, clean."

"touch screen check in progress did not work for me, due to no fault of the hotel but rather it was Expedia transferring my name. At $125 a night I can live without a tv in the room. Kitchen amenities were common, but I could make it work for us. Common fridge too. Plenty of room and a beautiful view in a corner room. Kind of utilitarian decor like metal and glass and concrete but In a good way."

"This is a brand new hotel and thus has some technical issues (primarily air conditioning) that have yet to be ironed out. Despite the staff being as helpful as they possibly could be in facilitating a comfortable stay for us, we decided to relocate to another hotel. We were provided a full refund for our stay. This looks to be an issue with Novotel deciding to open the hotel prematurely and we have provided this feedback Novotel directly."
