"I'm so happy Dallas has a hostel and Bishop Arts is the perfect neighborhood for it. Checking in and out was super easy and straightforward. The entire property is clean and I saw housekeeping doing work every day and at different times to ensure cleanliness for guests. Parking was easy and plentiful. Lots of restaurants and shops to pop into within a mile."

"LOTS of codes to keep track of -- for the building, for your room, for the pool. We arrived early and were grateful to have our code updated so we could access our room (it did take a few tries). No staff onsite except for a housekeeper, so it all felt pretty impersonal. Our room had a mildewy smell and after an overnight thunderstorm there was water collecting on the windowsill -- the property manager did assure me they would address that immediately."

"We spent 4 nights there and the room didn’t get touched by the cleaning staff once. No fresh towels, restocking of coffee, or emptied trash cans once during our visit. The front desk staff was friendly and gave us clean towels and coffee. when we went down and asked for them. We tried to eat at the bar top restaurant one night that it was supposed to be opened. "We celebrated my husband’s birthday at the Joule. The room was nice and spacious. It was located near many restaurants that were in walking distance. We had an issue with parking. We had to circle the hotel several times for valet parking. We were considering parking in one of the parking garages but we didn’t know which garage was for the hotel. Would we stay here again? Yes but we would park in one of the parking garages instead."

"I’ve been to the Adolphus many times ! It’s one of my favorite hotels in Dallas , this time I had a big incident happen on the escalator, I was about to fall to try to save my high heels, unfortunately it got stuck and it destroyed it. A gentleman ( I believe he was q manager) approached us and instead of stopping the escalator he tried to take the shoe out but it got worse . I asked him a few times to stop the escalator, until he finally did , but it was too late. He did not apologize, he said...
