"We chose this place for the location. But there were a lot more to it than just the great location. The amenities were awesome: got a bag of clean PJs and a set of towels every day delivered by the door and the selections of tea were great. The best part was the water pressure of the shower! Although the room was really tiny, just enough for 2 retired adults who used the room just for sleeping and resting."

"We enjoyed our stay here, it's a very small room but it has lots of amenities, including a shower and bath, toilet, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, sink, and two gas hobs. Check-in was very easy. The area is really cute and quiet, and very well located for travelling in to the city centre or to Shinjuku station. The shower is very small so if you're taller than 6ft you may need to kneel in the bath. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay."

"The unit where we stayed was very small but it was cozy and clean. You have all of he appliances you need with the kitchen, microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator and washer. The refrigerator it’s small so it is better to buy a small amount of groceries throughout the trip so everything can fit in it. The shower is nice and the water pressure and temperature are great. "立地や金額などは問題なかったのですが、敷布団を使う時に広げたら大きな茶色のシミがついているのを家族全員で見てしまいかなり不快な気持ちにになりました…なんとか一名が我慢し敷布団を使用しましたが気持ちいいものではありません。 ベッドの方は問題なかったと思います。トイレ、バスルームもひとつなので4人で泊まるには少し不便でした。テレビのある部屋で寝た家族は近隣の居酒屋の客の声が朝方まで響き眠れなかったみたいです。"

"This place is brand new, maybe one or two check ins before us. We are about to check out with our 3 kids, 10,11,12. They loved it🤗 About 5-7 mins walk to the Koenji Station, a couple 24/7 convenient stores a block away. One of the Best and very quick to respond hosts I’ve ever dealt with. Very very clean with extra towels and brand new washing machine. Highly recommend it!"

"The most sympathetic place and staff unfortunately they are closing (first the restaurant, then the hotel) and as such demotivation, esp. by cleaning staff can be sensed, making the use of shower facilities uncomfortable. I wish them to get new energy through a renovation and/or new ownership, as the place is well-located just by a metro station and many small restaurants and other shops with good prices compared to central Tokyo or even, more touristic places in that area"

Not too far from Nakano broadway Description of room: host states private bathroom, My unit was in the top floor and you had to leave your room to go to the toilet. I recommend you know which room you are getting as only the 4th floor unit has the separate toilet"
