Muy bien ubicado a unos metros caminando de una estación de metro que te comunica con las mayores atracciones de la ciudad. We had to change to a different room b/c our room had a funky odor and they were accommodating to get us to a higher floor by the next day. My son was having an allergy to the smell sadly. The second to last day we had two cockroaches in our bathroom:(. They had maintenance come out to look for the source and left a bottle...

"The room was clean and one of two beds was very comfy. The other needs a new mattress. The staff were beyond kind and helpful and the breakfast is really included- not an extra charge- and it was fantastic!! Fresh fruit, bread, pastries, yogurt, cereal, etc. The location is perfect: very close to many attractions and very walkable area. Be super careful of suspicious people!! One tried to rip the gold chains off my neck! I would definitely stay here again if we get the opportunity to go back to...

"It's a beautiful hotel in a great location for walking everywhere in the Gothic Quarter. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are very spacious, quiet and comfortable. The terrace on top is very nice and quite comfortable in the evenings. The breakfast set up is excellent. The areas I would suggest for improvement would be to get an iron for guests and make sure that the TV's work properly. Our remote did't work right and was not fixed or replaced.
