Graciela and Oscar are incredibly warm hosts,they helped us navigate getting to the England v Mexico match at Estadio Azteca, which took so much stress out of match day. "As a solo traveler, it was minorly confusing on how to get into the property, but once inside it was very straightforward! The room was quite nice, comfortable, and clean. The breakfasts options were limited but good though it is important to note that the kitchen is a shared space. Otherwise the property was lovely! There's a cat named Scar who is well loved and a sweetheart, it was nice having him be able to hangout in the rooms! Located in a very safe and quiet, and BEAUTIFUL neighborhood...

"We got a nice big king bed room with jacuzzi. Hotel was steps away from the WTC were we would be working. Breakfast buffet was awesome, hotel even holds the Hard Cafe Restaurant in the lobby area, that's a plus. Bar was nice with nice music, perfect to enjoy some drinks."

"My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights while visiting family. The property is beautiful, the staff were helpful (especially with a package delivery), and breakfast was really good. The only downside was the bathroom door, it’s clear with a gap that offers zero privacy. I specifically booked this room for the “separate bathroom,” but the door design makes that pretty meaningless. We stayed in Room Rivera, right across from reception; the first night was noisy, but the rest were quiet. Location was convenient, a 15-minute walk to Coyoacán Market."
