"Nicht empfehlenswert. Bereits beim Check-in mussten sämtliche persönlichen Daten nochmals handschriftlich ausgefüllt werden, obwohl diese bei der Buchung bereits vollständig angegeben waren. Am Empfang wurde man nicht gerade freundlich empfangen, Personal wenig kundenorientiert. Auch bei anderen Gästen waren Beschwerden über den Umgangston zu hören.
