La distribución es buena, pero descuidada en muchos aspectos, Los colchones terribles, se le salen los resortes, no hubo ni siquiera servicio de café, el Internet 2 días no sirvió o, aunque el propietario atendió el asunto y lo mandó a arreglar, la lavadora nos mancho la ropa, el aire acondicionado no servía adecuadamente al no enfriar lo necedario

We had a blast!

The apartment was exactly as advertised, plenty of kitchen gadgets for people who like to prepare their own meals. After 32 days the mattress was getting "old" and at times the internet was slow but this place was an ideal base for us.

The place is clean and close to the beach, it’s about 20 to 25 minutes from the Airport and Tel Aviv city center, The apartment has A/C and TV, there are three beds but only one had blankets also shower head needs attention.

Stayed here 2 weeks while we toured the country and went to Eurovision in Tel Aviv. All-in-all we had a good stay. I agree with all the previous reviews. - The bed is very soft. If you don't like soft beds then beware. It was OK for us. - The shower area is bit but has moldy corners. Boarderline gross depending on how sensitive you are to that… If I were the owner I'd get rid of it. Some of the tiles need cleanup after some painting, etc. was done. Otherwise the bathroom is in good condition. - no dishtowels… had to buy our own at the grocery store. + kitchen had everything we needed. No drain-stop but that is likely intentional. The dishes are old but OK. + great WiFi + grocery stores and bus stops right in front of the door. easy-access to Tel-Aviv + beach is nearby + free parking possible if you park before 7pm, otherwise sometimes difficult - The Main door to the 2-Appartements is good but doorknob to the individual apartment should be improved. It is quite flimsy and not-so-secure. + easy communication via WhatsApp - strange smell sometimes. maybe its from the "courtyard", maybe the AC-Filter needs replacement. We aren't sure. It wasn't so bad, but if I were the owner I'd try to figure it out and solve it. Over-all there is room for improvement but we were satisfied.

The apartment is in good condition but the outside was not what I was expecting but the location is great. The manager was always answering our questions and petitions. The only thing we didn’t like at all was the bathroom it was broken they tried to fix but it didn’t happen..

All good, would stay again!

Good basic accommodation, nothing to complain nor rave about. All in all, would happily stay again. Free parking is quite far away but that is the nature of Israel rather than the apartment itself.

Bescheidene Wohnung mit Nähe zum Strand

Die Wohnung an sich ist für 1-4 Personen ausreichend. Sie ist recht bescheiden ausgestattet: Kühlschrank, Spüle, Dusche (große Kabine) Klimaanlage, kleiner Herd und Wasserkocher sind vorhanden. Ein Kleiderschrank, der nicht sehr stabil ist, steht auch da. WiFi ist sehr gut. Betten und Couches bieten genug Platz, um zu schlafen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher in ausreichender Anzahl waren vorhanden. Teller, Schalen, Tassen, Besteck ebenso da. Wenn die Klimaanlage nicht lief, hatte man einen unangenehmen Geruch in der Wohnung, was anscheinend der Lage des Hauses zu verdanken ist. Überall Katzen, die im um die Ecke befindlichen Müllcontainer wühlen. Schlüsselübergabe war super - alles über WatsApp geregelt. Einkaufen ist überhaupt kein Problem - überall in der Nähe diverse Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Parken ist u. U. problematisch - kaum Parkplätze da, sowohl die kostenpflichtigen als auch die kostenfreien. Die kostenpflichtigen zu bezahlen geht ausschließlich über eine App, die nur für Einheimische konzipiert ist. Das Meer ist wirklich nicht weit - keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Strand bzw. das Wasser ist gelegentlich sauber, oft aber voll mit Plastik- und Obstresten. Daß die Leute nicht begreifen, daß sie in ihrem eigenen Dreck baden, wenn sie alles liegen lassen, obwohl überall Mülltüten hängen, ist mir ein Rätsel.

Decent loc & apt but not very clean or comfortable

The location is good (close to Tel Aviv & major highways). The bathroom, kitchen and dining set provided are in good shape. However, the apartment was extremely dusty and much of the inner walls by the main doorway and by the couch were black and discolored. The bed provided was very uncomfortable and old. Also, the couch provided was dirty. I'm not sure if they had it cleaned after the last tenant left, but the apartment definitely needs attention. Most of the time the heater in the living room couldn't keep the room warm. Also the dishes provided are very old and need to be replaced. Local area has a good supermarket, some small to-go restaurants and is close to the beach. Owners of the apartment were pretty responsive the couple of times we needed something. The crib we needed for our daughter was also very useful and helpful. This place needs some maintenance, but is otherwise good.
