Beautiful place to stay in a very convenient and gorgeous location. Close to good restaurants and gondola in the mountain village. It is a quiet neighborhood at night which is perfect for families. The cottage carried all items you can think of during your stay including items for young children. The curtains are dark enough for good sleep. It does not have an AC unit so in summers it could get very hot, there were enough portable fans to keep the place cool. Communication with the property managers was quick and clear. There is a dedicated parking spot in the garage which was hard to find and the key fob did not work. Unfortunately some stranger also stole our parking spot which caused us inconvenience and a lot of time was wasted. The owner of that car was never tracked or contacted.

The apartment was nice enough, but we were somewhat turned off by the lack of maintenance and housekeeping. The king bed was made up with a full size fitted bottom sheet which obviously didn't fit the mattress. We found a spare flat sheet that we used to replace the non-fitting sheet. The hosts never offered to fix it for us. There were also a number of maintenance items that really need to be addressed: Oven clock just blinked 24/7 with no numbers and had no knob (missing) to set the clock. This was visible from the bed at nigh and had to be covered by a towel. TV was inoperable, garbage disposal was jammed, mismatched lightbulbs in group lights, and more. Apartment needs a good maintenance run through.
