The wooden deck around the swimming pool was full of splinters, and some of the deck boards were sticking up, making it extremely dangerous, especially for children. When we arrived, we were first given a room with a broken air conditioner. After complaining, we were moved to another room that was infested with well over 100 mosquitoes. Everyone in our family was covered in mosquito bites. The staff...

"This property is in a great location, close to the ferry port, shopping, and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, but it was a royal pain when the power went out (not the property’s fault)-it was a long way down from the 6th floor to carry a heavy bag down the stairs. Good breakfast."

"The hotel was perfect for us! We had to meet our cruise ship the next day which from the hotel was a 5 minute taxi ride! The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, helpful. Cant beat the price! I slept like a baby!! We had breakfast at the hotel which was delicious. Definitely would use this hotel again for another cruise."
