"Initial impression not good in need of some maintenance. Room appeared to be clean, but house keeping only cleans the obvious don't look under the bed. Large room comfortable firm bed. Balcony nice once floor had been cleaned. AC worked well, shower but no shower stall, plenty of hot water. It served it's purpose. Should I return I would look for other venue. Fair price."

"The staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable and clean and reasonably priced. We would definitely stay here again if we were ever back in Koh Samui, Thailand."

"The apartment was in run down area. A first they tried to make us pay 5bath per kw for hydro…However the owner was there on the last day to straighten that issue out. Took almost a week to get a water cooler. Had to recycle our water bottles in the fridge constantly to have cold drinking water. The AC barely worked as the gas needed recharging… Asked the staff to fix it but nothing was actually done to fix the AC… Room was uncomfortably hot all the time…."

"Jätte fint och nybyggt. Lägenheten är jättefin och perfekt utsikt. Från balkongen kan du se fyrverkerierna som är varje kväll och även showen. Men rekommenderar att man går och kollar på den första kvällen man kommer dit. Helt klart värt pengarna Finns ett gym löngst ner i huset och en pol högst upp. Det som drar ner betyget något var att det inte var städat eller rena lakan. Men det löste sig snabbt och smidigt. +att det fanns tvättmaskin "

"Loved our stay at BEA! Great space to spend 5 nights in Samui, the apartment size is amazing value for money! Big fridge, big bathroom, king bed was so comfortable and pool was great. Walking distance to main streets of Lamai but away from any noise at night. Would definitely stay again, thank you!"

"청결하고 직원도 친절함 오기전에 위생에 되게 신경쓰고왔는데 신경쓴게 무색할정도로 최상의 컨디션인 숙소임. 조식 메뉴가짓수가 적으나 맛은 좋았고 직원들도 순수하고 착함. 단, 조식 딤섬은 맛없음.. 리조트 안에 조그마한 마켓이 있지만 찾기 어려운 곳에 있었고 판매 용품도 적음. 레스토랑 음료나 음식은 가짓수도많고 맛있었음! 비치는 꼭 예약하고 가시길… 뷰맛집임! 숙소 근처에 정말 아무것도 없으니 나갈려면 그랩을 이용하길바랍니다."
