"The property was modern, clean and had a very comfortable bed. I stayed here for 5 nights and loved it, il be back again one day! The only downside was that there wasn’t a cleaner, plus the location was far out but I had a moped so it was perfect for me. The price was brilliant and so art from the lack of a cleaner I would give the property 5 stars!"

"Such a cute hidden gem! The interior was modern and the lighting was nice and moody. It smelt really clean. They gave us clean towels and water every day. Has a smoking area outside the room. We rented their scooters for 300baht a day. It’s walking distance to the pier that gets busy but really quiet at night. We went to Koh Larn to chill and enjoy the slowness and got exactly that. The owner/family was really friendly and nice ☺️ we had a really good stay for the amount we paid. "

"Perfect if you're just in Koh Tao for the diving and you don't want to stay in a resort. Everything's on the doorstep and just a short walk to the pier. The studio room was good value with comfy sofa and enormous fridge. I only stayed one night just to get a feel for the area, and it's nice and quiet after 10pm, bustling during the day. Do try the massage in their spa across the road, so good."

They have been very helpful and the location is central enough to walk to most places, yet quiet at night and very affordable if you are on a budget. You get what you pay for, so understand there is no elevator and you may have to climb stairs. We are staying and extending our visit from 10 to 30 days while we wait for an apartment. "Definitivamente no recomendado para personas con sueño ligero. Todos los días el night club de en frente con música muy fuerte que transpasaba con mucha facilidad las paredes. El housekeeping no fue el mejor. De hecho un día pusimos el cartel y siquiera entraron a re ponernos el agua. Las habitación estuvo bien. Aire acondicionado funcionaban muy bien también. Una lástima el no poder descansar tranquilo "
