Lovely and unique stay surrounded by nature! Front desk staff was very helpful, but restaurant staff were not very attentive. One employee was sifting down and on his phone the entire time, did not come to take my order - when I even got up to ask him to order, he still didn’t get up to help me and I had to go up to the bar. Was not very friendly.

Unbelievable property!!! A complete Oasis. Staff was incredible-Kaylin, Scarlet, Jeremy and Santi were attentive, kind and made me feel at home. My “tienda” was spotless and comfortable. I highly recommend this property for its tranquility and amazing pool area. You won’t be disappointed.

I loved everything about my stay at Curiol except the fan in the tent. It could really be replaced with something stronger. Otherwise it was beautiful and peaceful. A wonderful way to start our stay in Costa Rica!

Mature trees that were dropping mangos everytime the wind blew. Staff stood around, and did not pick up the fruit. Iguanas, squirrels and birds were eating the fruit and leaving a mess. It is a beautiful property with potential, but not for the picky travelers. No hot water in shower or sink, and large ants on the walls in our room.

We arrived to the property but there was no one at the hotel, the lounge, bar and restaurant were close and deserted. Pool was durty, so we decided no to stay at the place because we also felt unsafe. Worst experience ever, I don't understand how EXPEDIA offers this hotel.

Wir waren für 3 Nächte im Curiol. Wir waren ins gesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Atmosphäre dort hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es ist ruhig und man sieht wilde Tiere in den Bäumen. Die Poolarea ist auch wirklich schön. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist insgesamt aber an einigen Stellen renovierungsbedürftig und in verbesserungswürdigem Zustand. Es gibt außerdem kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer und die Betten sind extrem weich und durchgelegen. Wir hatten nach 3 Tagen Rückenschmerzen. Außerdem gibt es keinen Föhn auf dem Zimmer. Das ist vielleicht wichtig zu wissen.
