Hookless cancelled my holiday

Hookless Holiday Homes cancelled our holiday, have refused to tell Expedia or Hotels.com and I am out of pocket for my holiday.

Pity about view of bins

Great location but we were looking out at the bins for the site. No one else about and it was winter so okay but surely we could have a house with another view. Cove very close and beautiful

a few issues

we just stayed for 6 nights in mid July. we had a heatwave which brought its own issue with these houses. the kitchen is a conservatory so once the sun comes out its unbearably hot. all good had to go in the fridge. even items like glasses needed to go to in the fridge or a cooler bag in another part of the house. blinds on the roof of the small kitchen would solve this issue. also we had a problem with the showers. it seems you have cold water or boiling water. very hard to find a sweet spot in the middle. i would suggest there is an issue with cold water supply to the showers. the main bedroom downstairs woukd have benefited from a biggerbed. only a small double, and had no side lockers or bedside lights. all beds had winter duvets despite it being high summer. finally there is only irish channels on the tv. there is access to netflix and prime but internet is so poor it wont stream withoutconstant buffering. that all being said, the location is excellent and we had a good holiday. would go back to the area but perhaps not hookless holiday homes.

WiFi inaccessible, heaters not working in many rooms, provided with portable heaters which we had to bring with us around the property. Property not very clean with damp in bathrooms and kitchen.

The views of the ocean are wonderful. The house is roomy. Nice playground for small children. Area feels very safe.

The development is in a fantastic location on the Irish seaside. We really appreciated the binder with information about the property and local travel tips. The management was very responsive when minor concerns were raised. Overall, it is an excellent place to stay to unwind from busy lives and sightseeing schedules.

Such lovely, helpful people. Super location but a car is required. Minutes from the beach with superb views and a very short drive to hook head lighthouse. Safe environment for children with 2 playgrounds. Will definitely go again.

Great Location. Spacious and comfy place to stay. Easy access. Received both text and email with additional information for the house. Very Good service and apartment. I would go back.

Lovely area!

Ideal location for an escape. House was easy to find. The house was dusty and cobweby. No heating available so had to snuggle under duvet on the sofa. Loads of space in house.

Lovely house, great value for money

The house we stayed in was big with plenty of room. It was clean and comfortable. Nice and quiet. Great value for money. We were in a black spot for the WIFI but the kids survived without it for the few days!

A great house in a beautiful scenic private village less than 2 minutes from sandeel bay a nice beach a good base to visit hook head and all the surrounding places of interest
