The staff are extremely kind, polite, and always ready to help. The spa service was one of the highlights, so relaxing and well done. I also loved that they had Indian food options on the menu, which made things even more comfortable. A big shoutout to Nanda, Karisma, and Koning for making the experience so memorable. "The room has the perfect view of the animals, and you get to feed them with the food provided by the hotel. Imagine swimming next to Rhinos! The safari itself was a jewel, did not have enough time to explore the whole resort but I was able to see the elephant and tiger show, and I also did the night feeding, definitely a tremendous experience. "The hotel and staff are wonderful! Our room was beautiful and the quality of bedding and linens were 5 star. The morning breakfast was plentiful and excellent! The hotel is located on a steep hill but they have golf carts to take you up and down if you don’t care to walk."
