"The hotel itself is beautiful and very conveniently located. Parking was easy. Breakfast was plentiful, but not catered to those looking for halal options. However, the staff appeared a bit cold — not sure it was due to cultural or language differences. The room had only one twin blanket with a duvet cover. The AC in our room would not cool and the room became uncomfortable to sleep at night. I called the reception to ask for help, but nobody answered the phone. Eventually, I sent an email to the hotel which went unanswered. The next morning, I informed the receptionist about the issues, and she said that she was already aware of them from my email. I had to go back to the reception again in the afternoon to ask for a blanket. I wish the service was better. The water supply in the bathroom also acted strangely. It would randomly swing between hot and cold while taking a shower. Overall, it was a mixed experience."
