"The computer system was down upon check in. Staff did the best they could. You were escorted to room but was never given a room key. Therefore, someone needed to stay in room or you had to have a staff member open your room door. The room never cooled past 73."

"Our room was in excellent condition. The staff was respectful and helpful. Our only condition was the one elevator available, but it was under construction so no control over that. Overall, the stay was amazing and would recommend to anybody!"
