"The hotel was beautiful. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room and common areas were very clean and a pleasure to stay in. Having a kitchen in the room made the week stay so much easier. They provided a full breakfast with hot food, hot cereal, cold cereal, breads and bagels, yogurt and at least 8 toppings. The pool area had towels, seating for lounging and tables to eat. They also had a grill for the guests to use. When we come to Texas to visit our kids, we will definitely...

"Beautiful, clean, quiet room with a few workout items (bands, exercise ball, foam rollers, etc.) in the room made it super convenient to exercise in the hotel room. I also loved the turkey sausage and egg breakfast sandwich ($13). Also, the entire staff was very helpful. One front desk agent immediately switched me to a different room on arrival when I complained that there was a barking dog in the room next door. Perhaps that's the one negative thing I can say about this hotel: they allow pets."

"Room wasn’t that clean, the sink didn’t drain properly, the bathroom door didn’t close completely, the coffee in the morning was from the day before… I didn’t eat the breakfast because they didn’t serve it until 7 am. The staff was friendly though. Poor management maybe. "

"Hot tub does not work, per the man at the counter, it is been out since last season and yet to be fixed. Some lights in our room flickered leaving a poorly lit room. Tub faucet made a horrible noise when turning on/off and the tub itself had very poor drainage. Ice machine did not work. Both mornings, I had to find and notify staff the most of the breakfast items were empty and needed to be refilled."

"I enjoyed the swimming pool.It was very clean and nice , but they will cut off the door lock before eleven p m exiting , so you can't get out of the swimming pool on time and you cannot get into your room. Also, the blow dryer wasn't working.The t v wasn't working. The shower was dirty parking was excellent.We didn't have any towels, they would not replace our towels.No shampoo no conditioner. No ice in the ice machine we asked for more towels and they said that they don't have any until the...

"Location was good. Everything else was poor. Roaches, filthy and run-down. Staff was rude."

"The accommodations were clean. The linens and bedding were clean. The staff was helpful. The only complaint that I have was they were a little bit chintzy on the coffee and the cups left in the room. Other than that our stay was excellent and great. The continental breakfast was fantastic. This location is beautiful. A lot around the area within walking distance."
