"I booked this hotel For my post operative stay with a water ocean view request and it was graciously granted. Room service options were yummy and prompted. Valet Parking access for a fee is effortless and efficient. I would recommend that the furniture chaise chairs are steam cleaned more often (1652room). Highly recommended for next travels in this area."

"Room was clean and the staff was around to help. Very easy access to the river walk and to the downtown area. Valet parking was expensive ($55 per night) but the valet staff was friendly and took good care with vehicles."

"Loved the history, atmosphere, amenities and stayed in old/original part of hotel. Getting to our room took a bit as one of the elevators was out of service and there were some air conditioning issues, but we had an excellent stay and I plan to stay here for all future trips to San Antonio."
