"One night stay, and I could not have handled another night. Cleanliness was poor at best. In the hallway leading to the room there was spilled food in MANY areas all along the hallway. Bathroom in the room showed hair in the sink and shower and on the floor. Stains on the sheets and pillow slips. TV remote was sticky. Went to the gym and most of the equipment had out of order signs on it. Worst part was the breakfast - I have no idea what the sausage was made from, but it was NOT pork or beef. Did not even taste like soy. Mystery meat taste. Very skimpy setup, and unorganized and confusing flow for patrons. I would not stay here again."

"My stay was amazing! The beds were incredibly comfortable, the rooms were spotless, and the location was a huge plus, conveniently close to restaurants, stores, and the highway. Depending on your membership status, guests are offered a $15 voucher during their stay, and unfortunately I was not given mine at check-in. However, once the staff realized the mistake, they quickly made it right and provided the voucher, which I truly appreciated. One of my favorite amenities was the coffee shop on-site. The barista did not disappoint!! my coffee was perfect every morning during my stay! The entire staff was kind, friendly, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I can’t wait to come back and visit again very soon!"

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and rooms quiet. Everything was clean. Only stayed one night but only advice would be for hotel is to change out bad lightbulbs and check your appliances. Had a shirt ruined by a faulty iron trying to iron the shirt before an event. No fault of person doing the ironing. 😏"

"The main problem was the elevator. I am disabled and had to wait a very long time to get to and from my room on the 24th floor. "

"We booked a double queen suite 2-3 months before traveling. When we arrived at the property we were informed that the room was no longer available. We were offered a single king room with 4 travelers. Absolutely unacceptable. Thankfully we were able to book at room at Indigo Hotel in downtown Dallas. It was in a much better area and absolutely gorgeous."

"Gym for a small but nice. Hamilton restaurant was wonderful and food was amazing."

"Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. AC worked fine. Only negative was that the ice machine barely worked on our floor. Would stay here again though. "
