"ดิฉันกับสามีเลือกที่พักผ่าน expedia หลังจากที่ได้รับคอนเฟิร์มเรียบร้อยก็เลยมั่นใจว่าคืนนี้เรามีที่พักแน่นอ น เลยไปทำธุระกับเพื่อนที่เป็นตำรวจในพื้นที่ก่อน แต่ตอนเย็นโทรไปยังที่พักบอกว่าจะเข้าที่พักประมาณ 2 ทุ่ม หลังจากทำธุระกับเพื่อนเสร็จ พวกเราจึงนั่งทานอาหารเย็นและคุยกันจนเพลิน จนทุ่มกว่าๆ พนักงานโทรเข้ามาว่าพี่ๆจะมาพักแน่ๆใช่มั๊ยจะได้รอค่ะ เราก็บอกไปแน่นอนค่ะ จนเวลาล่วงไป 2 ทุ่มกว่า ดิฉันกับสามีก็ยังขับรถไปไม่ถึงโรงแรม เราขับรถมาตาม GPS จนถึงโรงแรมเอาเกือบ 3 ทุ่ม...

"Reserved and paid for a room with balcony and mountain view. Got a view of a back wall and no balcony instead. Was offered a more expensive river view room - but had to pay for it so i re booked. Didn't get a refund for the fake room. Feel cheated."
