"The value for money was good but I felt the room did not reflect the images shown when booking. It was not as fresh, bright or spacious as it showed but the bed was comfortable, the amenities were all present and working and it was a good location with safe and secure parking/entry. Was more than enough for what i needed on the night though"

"NEED TO KNOW: this is more of a self checkin airbnb rather than a hotel. The hotel forgot to send me the check-in procedure and it took a while to reach them. The apartment is large, well equipped, but half finished. You see wires hanging out of the wall. The place wasn't vacuumed for a while and the bed was full of hair, so I'm not sure how frequently they wash the bedding. Still better than a hostel though. Overall, very shady... Wouldn't recommend unless you're on the budget and need to...

"予約は72時間前までに鍵をどう受け取るのか連絡を取らないといけないらしいです笑 なので急遽、予約を取った場合ホストにガン無視されます。 場所もめちゃくちゃ分かりにくい所にあります。グーグルマップを信じてはいけません。グーグルマップの一歩手前の狭い路地に入りましょう。尚且つ路地裏で薄暗いためここでは宿泊しない方が良いでしょう。 玄関の門も南京錠で施錠されていて外出するたびに鍵をかけないといけないので非常に面倒です。 "

"Booked and paid for a 3 kind bed room for my family and I when staying in Hanoi. On arrival in the backstreet, we were informed that they were fully booked and we hadn’t paid (I have a receipt that says otherwise). Left with tired kids and no accomodation on a stinking hot day. Would not recommend. "
