"The address given will take you to the office. The actual rooms are a short walk away in a residential area. "They resort was unresponsive to my messages and calls. I showed up from the airport after a 20 minutes drive around 10pm. No one was present to give me a key, and no one was answering the phone, I had been trying to call before my flight took off as well. We ended up having to drive back to the airport to find a different hotel last minute. Very disappointed and unprofessional. "

"This is the perfect property for 1 or 2 nights as it is close to the airport. The family owning it was very nice and helpful. The area however was very secluded and about an hour away from the touristy part of Phuket. We didnt have a hard time finding taxis and ordering food delivery. "This place has an amazing vibe. I loved my stay here (just under two weeks). It had everything I needed. The rooms were meticulously cleaned daily when I was out like clock work.
