"This hotel was ok, but it didn't have a hair dryer in the room, so I had to ask for one. It was almost like you had to "check out" the hair dryer which was kind of strange because I had to take it back to the front desk when we checked out, but they did have one, so I guess that was ok. Otherwise everything was fine."

"When we arrived at the property, the front desk clerk didn't acknowledge us when we walked in and continued to type on the computer for 10 minutes until he finally asked us our name. There was no one else he was helping, just very rude! not good customer service. we stayed at a different hotel the next day and WOW what a difference! so friendly, helpful! We barely got in the door before we got a smiling hello!"
