"Room was clean, stocked daily with towels. It had a great little kitchenette which was stocked well. Asked for another duvet/blanket. Was told they only provided an extra blanket. That was fine but we never received one. Mattress was okay but not very comfortable. Probably should have requested a room ground floor as husband and I have mobility issues and had to lug suitcases up stairs to the second floor."
