"Beautiful grand hall set in beautiful grounds, didn't spend much time there, due to stay related to attending a wedding near by. Hotel contacted us before our stay to check any requests and were kind enough to say even though check in not till 3pm and we needed to be at our wedding for 2:30 said we could leave our luggage and do the check in process and collect key after the wedding, but when we arrived the room was ready so they let us go straight to the room. "Staff very friendly on arrival, room lovely and clean. I had a pizza from the restaurant and they brought it to my room- tasted amazing !! Nice beds, lovely breakfast. Would recommend and will stay again. Only slight niggle only 1 bottle of water in the room for 3 people and 1 pack of biscuits. I appreciate putting 3 bottles in might be a waste but 2 between the 3 of us would have been better and 2 packs of biscuits would have meant we could all have 1 biscuit.
