"The pool was a hit for my 5yr old. The only thing that we really were not happy about was the elevators took forever and then the one in the garage broke our second day there so we had to walk up with a stroller only other down fall was the pool towels were never in stock except once a day it felt like. Other than that I would recommend."

"Thanks to the manager, we were placed in the room we booked (2Q deluxe studio w/Kitchenette). This took 2 hours to fix & wasted time we could have spent on the beach/activity- We were given 1Q & Murphy bed w/kitchen. The Murphy bed placement was going to disrupt the flow of walking & moving about as the beds would touch bottom to bottom leaving no room to pass.. (I’m not folding it up and down). Anyway, the 2Q deluxe studio was great. I love the extra vanity space & mirror in the room to get ready as others could use the bathroom area. The outlet at the vanity was not tight, the plug would almost fall out/droop. It was quiet in the room. We had plenty of hot water. Room was clean-wiped every thing w/Clorox wipes for my OCD. Oceanfront w/2 chairs on the balcony, 2 dressers with a TV on each, lounge chair, small table w/4 chairs (one placed at vanity). Fridge was cold & freezer worked. We didn’t use the Kitchen space, but looked for scissors- didn’t find. I love it had a large trash can! The beds were comfortable. Didn’t care for the pillows. Terrible placement of bathroom fixtures. 2 towel racks- The one was above the toilet; the towels actually were touching the toilet as they are hanging. It needs raised! No hand towel rack. The toilet paper was difficult to reach-down under the sink & behind the toilet & under hanging towels. No suitcase holders or plastic laundry bags. A few hooks in the entry would be a great addition along w/full sized mirror."
