"The property was not a 'cottage' as advertised but a top floor apartment. The property is a detached building split into 2 apartments. Tanglewood is the top apartment and Treetops is the bottom apartment. Tanglewood was a lovely, spacious and clean apartment with everything provided. I had trouble with the key box on arrival but the owner came out immediately to help me and then showed me around the apartment. Plenty of parking on the road outside."

"Good parking. 5 minute walkninto lladudno centre. Clean room and bathroom. Well stocked tea tray. Chiller in room. Good selection to choose from at breakfast. Lovely dining room and lounge. Outside seating. Dan and Wei are superb hosts who clearly take pride in their lovely hotel."

"Our second stay at Beachside and it didn't disappoint. We made to feel very welcome once again by Cheryl and David. Clean and comfortable room, loved sitting in the comfortable chairs by the window with views of the pier. Excellent breakfast served by friendly staff. Beachside is situated in an excellent location. Look forward to returning another time."

"We enjoyed our stay at Pebble House because it was opposite the promenade and we had a wonderful sea view. Simon and Emma worked hard to look after the guests and the breakfast was excellent. The location was good with shops nearby and within walking distance of Llandudno main shopping areas. Rooms were clean and we would go there again"

"Only spent one night, but room was wonderful. Even with the heat wave, the room was cool, and they had a fan in the room. Large clean room, big bathroom and clean. Wonderful restaurant and bar. Great breakfast. Only 7-10 minute walk to all the shops, beach and promenade. Wish I could have stayed longer. Everyone there was super nice."
