"I liked it had a hot tub and pool beds were comfortable, and staff friendly. There were no clean towels in the pool area to use and when we pulled the shower curtain closed to shower, there was a dirty used washcloth hanging on the curtain. It was not a well cleaned facility in comparison to other expresses we have stayed at."

"The first room had a dirty toilet. The staff was very responsive and put me in another room right away. The second room had a clean bathroom. There was a smell to the entire hotel of food and the room had a sickly perfume"

"We were participating in a Sioux Falls baseball tournament, and several of the families stayed at the Homewood Suites. The entire hotel is clean, and the rooms are spacious. The location was great and within walking distance of several dining options. What really set it apart for several of the families was the customer service.
