"The property was very clean except the gym The treadmill was very dusty and evidence of sweat all over it that was never wiped off for the 3 days I used the gym (weights only). Also, there was a water bottle sitting in the exact same place by the treadmill all 3 days. But outside of the gym, everything else was very clean staff at the front desk was extremely nice and accommodating. My room was excellent!"

"The room we stayed in was ok. The bathroom was well appointed and updated. The bed really needed replacing as I felt like I was sleeping in a big hole. The chair was dirty and uncomfortable and very 70 ish. Needed replacing. The carpeting in our room was disgraceful. Should have been replaced 10 years ago. It was very, very, worn. Was very disappointed that the buffet was closed. If I knew that ahead, I would of stayed elsewhere."

I planned on taking a shower in the morning but after seeing the bathroom, there was no way in heck I was going to. Barely slept because the refrigerator kept rattling & I kept thinking I was sleeping on a bed with bed bugs. "It was a very clean and safe feeling hotel. I didn’t like that a big truck parked along the handicap parking so no one could get in nor out. Luckily I did find parking close enough. The lady that checked me in was super quiet and took a personal call on the work phone and put me on hold while talking. However the front desk agent in the morning was wonderful and the breakfast was amazing! My kids especially enjoyed the waffle bar."

Only one complaint, only 2 elevators were working on our side of the building and it took a long time to come downstairs from my room."
