"Clean comfortable and delicious breakfast"

"Stayed for two nights. My room was never cleaned or towels replaced. Full length mirror was missing from the room."

"The hotel was clean and the staff was great. My only complaints are 1. The A/C couldn’t regulate the temperature very well. It was constantly turning on and off throughout the night, making it hard to sleep. 2. The blinds over the window didn’t seal the window very well and let in lots of light. 3. We stayed 2 nights and they didn’t come in and make the beds and refresh towels after the first night."

"Everything you’d expect and great staff!"

"The housekeeping staff at this hotel was some of the best I've experienced. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. And when they came in to do housekeeping, they made the beds so nice and left tons of fresh towels. The breakfast was decent and the dining area very clean. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which had plenty of towels and was clean. We are at Cactus Red's across the parking lot and had some amazing shrimp fajitas! We will definitely stay here again!"

"I am extremely upset with my experience. This morning I left my room, I placed the do not disturb plaque on my door, and left my phone in my room at 9:45 am to walk to the parking lot. As I returned several minutes later, the housekeeping services was leaving my room with a garbage bag! I immediately asked what they were doing in my room. They responded with a reply that they thought I had left, and took my phone! I was in directed to have to go pick up my phone downstairs where I was ID deed....

"Off the beaten path, but so worth it. This place is absolutely dreamy. We got there a little before 11PM. The property was lit up with white twinkling lights and beautiful landscaping. Checked in at the front desk. We were given our breakfast menus to pick what we wanted for breakfast. Got the keys to our cabin and it was so perfect. Cozy and warm. Slept absolutely amazing. Called the front desk for breakfast, they bring it to your cabin. I ordered the churro waffle, thick bacon and...

"A lot of noise.. windows could have been updated this Century.. but other than that, that is my only major complaint.."

"Our RV was having some work done so we settled in Sleep Inn. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast ready every morning. 24/7 coffee in the lobby."

"It was clean but smell like dirty feet as you walking to the room, tub didn’t drain the water, toilet had square soap that I had to teke it out myself… lastly the tv didn’t work at all trying to watch something but i couldn’t."

"The room was good and clean and the service people were very friendly and helpful. The only issue had to do with late night noise from some of the folks staying there and the issue of street racing at night which is not under your control but often made it hard to stay asleep. Your location otherwise was great and very convenient to visit the surrounding areas. Thanks"

"No microwave or mini fridge like in the pictures. Parts of the furniture and decor were falling apart. Room seemed clean. Not enough pillows or blankets. No small washcloths. Only face and body towels and a shower mat towel. A/C was good. NOT soundproof at all. Can hear everything in the hallway. Very echoey and hollow. NO elevator. Good parking. Wifi works."

"Excellent stay"

"I loved this location and the front desk lady (with a service dog) was exceptional. The room was everything I hoped for. It was spacious and clean. My only problem was that there was new carpet being layed in the back stairway and there were no signs at the doors. It was a mess and needed to be blocked off. Breakfast was well stocked and convenient. If I ever come to this area again, I will certainly stay here."
