"There appeared to be mold-like growth underneath the cushions of the sleeper sofa. The floors were dirty, and the room was generally unkempt. We were told that housekeeping would come to address our concerns.
Later, my husband encountered a woman outside our room and asked if she was with housekeeping. She stated that she did not speak English. Shortly afterward, a front desk employee came to our room to check on the status of the cleaning because housekeeping had reported that they had checked...
