"Rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly, professional, and ready to go “the extra mile” to contribute to giving the guests a pleasant and satisfying experience.
My only issue was that I was never told the indoor pool had NO WATER IN IT! We were looking forward to swimming and if I had known about the unusable pool, I’d have found a different place with a pool that has water in it.
