"Our original room smelt like a pet boarding room and caused allergies. Second night was better after they switched us rooms but unfortunate we had a bad experience the first night. "

I was traveling with just my daughter and I and decided it wasn’t safe for us to stay there. We didn’t even check in so I can’t say what the interior of this location is like. "Breakfast was amazing. The lady running that dining room is so sweet. I did not appreciate the guy from the front coming in and yelling at her to hurry up when there was plenty of food available. So unprofessional and rude. Also nobody was available at the front when it came time to check-out. "

"I was there in March hoping for a nice experience as this hotel has been a lovely place in the past. First the power went out for a day. No hot water, no anything that included power. No offer for a credit or refund for the wasted day. Housekeeping was abysmal. I had no service at all that I could tell for 3 of my 5 nights the hotel. I paid extra for a view room which was also a corner unit that was great. BUT…Cobwebs all over the ceilings even in the bathroom. Drapes were in sad condition...

"The hotel was nice inside, but there were a lot of homeless individuals outside, and they blocked the entrance to the parking lot where we had to maneuver around groups of them to get to the parking lot. There is a a vacant building right there that seems to be the hangout. It didn't feel very safe outside. But the entrance to the hotel is locked and you have to use your key card to get in, so that was good. Someone must've called the police one evening because they showed up outside. There...

"I typically do not leave reviews good or bad. However, myself and my family were impressed with the quality of this stay. The check in was easy, the staff kind. Our room had plenty of space, was very clean, and comfortable. The entire building was updated and looked beautiful. I liked that it was tucked away and felt very safe, and the price was great! We did not have a chance to use the pool or try the breakfast. The only thing they didn’t have was a hot tub but not a deal breaker for us ;)"
