"I prepaid through Expedia for a queen room with microwave and fridge for 4 days. They did not have it. They had ONE room available which they tried to give us with a double bed NO microwave NO fridge and smelled of tobacco smoke. He supposedly refunded the payment but not the full amount. He claimed that’s what he was paid by Expedia. That was May 31 and as of 6/9 I have not received the credit on my charge."

"The staff was prompt and polite but the facility was a little run down. The elevator door had graffiti carved into it. There were places on the walls that looked like the wall paper had been sliced into and the toilet seat had dark stains on it. Also the hotel said no smoking but I smelled the strong stench of weed more than once in the hallway. To be honest the stay was okay but if you're looking for a place to feel comfortable, I wouldn't recommend staying at this location."

"Although room was remodeled, floor was dirty and sticky. Bathtub was dirty and cracked, while toilet was unstable. The main problem was we found and took photo of bedbug incident which we reported immediately to the property staff. The property manager called the proprietor who apologized and assured us that our stay will be compensated. Three weeks since the incident, nothing received. Messaged the hotel twice through Expedia and not a single response. Called Red Roof relations to file a...

"Its a $62-$80 a night hotel (or motel for that matter) per night so you get what you pay for narrative: Parking = enough to park anything shopping near buy = all you can handle staff = 50% probability of getting someone that speaks English and that is nice / accommodating cleaning of room = my remote to tv was sticky, door safety lock was broken off, stuffy rooms for lack of ventilation, bedding was clean and proper (pillows were cheap or worn out heavily). Amenities = nothing really besides...

"My stay at Extended Stay America was far from pleasant. Upon entering the hotel, it appeared there was no housekeeping staff. I stayed on the third floor, and as soon as the elevator doors opened, I was hit with a foul odor. The carpets and walls were filthy, and unfortunately, the room was no better. The door to my room , 301, appeared to have been previously kicked in. There was no trash can in room, and the baseboards in the bathroom were warped from what appeared to be prior water damage....
