"Very great value, the staff was so polite and kind and helpful. The breakfast was excellent in the morning and the rooms were just immaculate, a lot of attention to detail. The coffee in the room I thought was a way above average for a hotel coffee."

"Welcoming and helpful staff. Beautiful building and warm and cosy room whilst outside temperature was far below zero.
Very comfortable pillows and a great bed.
Very quiet over night so slept undisturbed.
Great collection of choices for breakfast and view over the town centre from the restaurant.
Plenty of parking space available.
The hotel has it's own power supply and heating.
There is also a shelter below the ground floor.
Highly recommended hotel. Very close to the centre of the town....

"The staff was superb; extremely friendly and helpful. Hardworking troopers during hard times, considering that most have family members fighting in the war.
Under different circumstances, I would have stayed longer.
I am sure this area will be overrun with tourists, once Ukraine wins!"

"Resturant doesnt open for breakfast until 10 am. Staff have no interest in the guests at all except for one young lady. Will not book here again, lots of other places that are better value in Lviv."

"A very nice hotel right next to the Market Square.
Breakfast was delicious, the tea was excellent, and the service was great.
There is a small beauty studio on the top floor. I had an amazing massage there. Total relaxation and the perfect way to recover after a long trip. Highly recommended."
