We had to spend more than 15 minutes proving that we had indeed booked a room at this hotel. Once we finally accessed the room, several issues became apparent. "The park was amazing, the safari trips were incredible, the people were so friendly and the food was delicious. The only con was the steep stairs to get up to our room with only a handrail on one side and we’re 69! So be sure to ask if you have stairs to climb to get to your room!"
