"Clean room, cozy environment, excellent location, good breakfast, and great service! However, depending on the room, there can be quite a bit of noise. It’s not so much from the street—which gets quieter at night—but more from inside the hotel, starting around 6 a.m."

Staff greeted us with a friendly smile and a warm “welcome back.” The room (#16) was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. "Love the location! The hotel is central to the many neighborhoods in the city. It’s about a 15 min walk to the train station, about a 30 min walk to Inner Harbor. The staff were great and were able to accommodate us checking in early. If you don’t want to leave the hotel, there’s a bar, serve breakfast, and a speakeasy! Overall, a great experience at the hotel!"

"The biggest complaint is the smell in the hallways. They allow pets and we can surely smell it. They charge people $70 per day to bring pets so I hope they are using that money to properly clean the carpets instead of pocketing it out of greed. The breakfast was okay. The staff saw me struggling with two heavy suitcases and a book bag and just stared at me which I thought was weird. Stay somewhere else if you want to be in walking distance to the harbor or Fells Point."
